NETRA's Lean QC Team won the "PAR - EXCELLENCE" award (The highest award) in 46th International Convention on Quality Control Circle (ICQCC-2021) held from 24-27th Nov-2021 at Hyderabad.

Theme for ICQCC-2021 was "Quality Concepts Facilitating Societal and Economical Turnaround". NETRA LQC Team worked on the topic of "Reduction of HVAC unit tripping frequency in NETRA" as per the Lean Quality Circle concepts, and tools.

The LQC team led by Shri Gurubaksh Singh, Shri Ashok Kumar (Member) and Shri R. K. Sharma (Member) worked relentlessly towards providing unique, pragmatic, and quality solutions to the problem at hand. Shri Ajay Kumar Sutrakar (Facilitator), Dr. Avijit Mondal (Dy. Facilitator), and Shri Nitin Bihari Lal (Coordinator) provided support and guidance to the team for achieving this laurel. 

NETRA LQC Team has won 03 GOLD category awards in 03 Chapter conventions and 01 "PAR - EXCELLENCE" award in National Convention during last 4 years.
